Original, like no other. Real Tex-Mex. Amazing flavors, puffy tacos and tostadas. Nothing with that " franchised food taste". Met my wife at Caro's; raised my kids on "DrunKen Cowboy Salsa". Try the pork chops or Lou's special. The Mexican dinner is always a good go-to meal.
