I dove headfirst into the all-you-can-eat beef ribs challenge with my brother and his wife, demolishing rack after rack until I was stuffed to the brim and ready to burst. The ambiance was charmingly old-school Texas BBQ, complete with friendly servers who kept the drinks flowing and the vibe lively, even on a quiet Thursday afternoon. Sure, parking downtown can be a pain, and some sides could use a little extra kick, but the juicy steaks and solid service made this a memorable stop worth repeating whenever friends come to town.
