Hands down some of the Best sausage I have tasted in decades. I grew up traveling to Lockhart, Tx with mom and dad to buy their sausage, in which we bought boxes on top of boxes. Today, I drive 5 minutes to Seminary Dr., where I buy pounds on top of pounds of their sausage, it is way better than the sausage from Lockhart. However, I have only eaten the side dishes once, I will probably not buy the potato salad or Banana Pudding anymore, not because it didn't taste good, but my wife's side dishes are better, or should I say truly homemade. Anyway, A+ on the sausage, F- on the side dishes.

No mam, that is not banana pudding from the kitchen of a black woman. We don't do it like that. The bbq has a good smokey flavor and is the bomb! But you guys have a good franchise that you need to focus on especially with the sides, sometimes the potatoe salad tastes like it came from the store deli. The older lady sure can be rude sometimes but i just ignore her and order my good ole sausage. Yall don't have us fooled, is there really two kinds of sausages it all taste the same to me
