Ying Cafe is a great spot for lunch with unbeatable lunch specials and delicious rice noodles. The Hunan chicken, hot and sour soup, pan-fried dumplings, and broccoli beef are all tasty options to try. Despite the lacking ambiance, the affordable prices, friendly service, and variety on the menu make it worth a visit.
