I went to Swamp Daddy's today for lunch with three other people, and we were very disappointed. It was a awful experience. It was freezing, dark, gloomy, and smelled musty. I was wearing a heavy sweatshirt and was still freezing. The waitress was very rude. She yelled at us and pushed a chair because we complained that the restaurant was too cold. She had a very bad attitude and when I told her I would not come back She said sarcastically "I don't care. We get plenty of people in here." I also complained because they added on a 20 % tip to the bill. When the manager came up she said the amount was correct and she wouldn't take it off. This shows me that Swamp Daddy's has no respect for their customers. They could care less what you think. It was cold outside and they had the A/C on.
If I am going to spend my hard earned money eating out ,it definitely won't be at this place again.
