My go-to order at this Chinese restaurant is the moo goo gai pan chicken without extra salt, and it always satisfies my cravings. When I first moved to Dallas four years ago, this was the first spot I tried, and it has become a regular stop for me since then. Chef Chu, who appears to be the sole proprietor, consistently delivers delicious food with generous portions that offer great value for the price.
