The event facilities at the hotel were well-equipped and convenient for our national conference. The latches in the ladies' room on the 4th floor posed some challenges, and the automatic faucet temperature was uncomfortably hot, but overall, the experience was positive and the staff, especially Destyni, were helpful and accommodating.
