Whenever I'm in the mood for a meal, I dive straight into the colossal chopped beef sandwich drizzled with extra sweet sauce, paired with a crunchy bag of chips. And let's not forget those East Texas Hot Links-absolutely divine with crackers; they've been a reliable favorite since my childhood! The BBQ is consistently fantastic, and the Kool Aid is the cherry on top; I can't remember ever being disappointed, though the baked potato has stolen my heart!

The food is terrible it use to be good 20 years ago,but the food has went down hill don't waste your time in the long lines because their interested in is your money making them rich and not the quality of the food!!! The quality of food is bad because they have to make so much of it till they don't care it's all about getting over and making money sad,but it's true!!!

Tried to order from on-line menu; waitress said they didn't have one, (I took them a copy) food was more than menu stated; over one-half hour spent in drive-thru.

Records use to have some good chopped beef sandwichs until they started premaking their sandwiches and putting them in the warmer to dry all out and I notice they don't put as much bbq on the sandwiches anymore!! Their banana pudding and peach cobbler is gross they need experience cooks to cook their deserts because their desserts sucks!!😡

Barbeque sucks ribs tuff as a boot,East Texas hot links dried all out and over cooked, chopped beef sandwiches are premade up and put in the warmer to continue to dry out and the desserts is horrible!!

This is BARBECUE!!! The ribs and beef cooked to tender. The sauce is the bomb. Prices and Service are very good. I have lived in Dallas all of my 76 yrs, and no other restaurant comes close to real barbecue. Hats off to Record's!!!!!!!

Unbelievable i thght i was gone get some bbq i was better off at Dickie's .....ribs burnt ,tuff
Bbq sauce nasty everything tasted old like its been warmed up three four times for the week se tired....i will not waste another penny..smh tryna support ,im pissed offy money could have wemt elswhere

I dont like the ribs their tough and over cooked and bbq sauce sucks!!!

Me and my husband has been going to records for years we went a couple of days ago and purchase some ribs and good Lord I tell you those ribs was so tuff!!!!! It loosen a tooth and had my gums swollen and hurting please stay away from the ribs your at your own risk.
