The Joule keeps impressing me more with each visit-the rooms are stunning, and the staff truly makes you feel welcome, especially Carlos at the front desk who went above and beyond. I loved relaxing by the rooftop pool with great vibes, tasty food and drinks, and a chill atmosphere where you can actually have a conversation without shouting. From the comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities to the seamless valet and helpful concierge, it's always a smooth and enjoyable experience that makes me eager to return.
