The rooms offered spectacular views from higher floors, were clean and comfortable with medium-firm beds, and featured modern amenities like free WiFi, a well-equipped gym including a Peloton bike, and strong coffee with almond milk available upon request. Conveniently located near the airport and major roads, with free parking and a shuttle service, this hotel combines great customer service, a cozy atmosphere, and thoughtful extras like warm cookies upon arrival to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I stayed here during the snowstorm, and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I loved the clean, modern rooms with a fantastic view from the 15th floor. Plus, the free parking and strong coffee in the morning were definite perks, making this place a solid choice for my trips to Dallas.
