Cafe Caeli offers a decent dining experience in the hospital setting, catering to a steady stream of patrons. While there may be room for improvement in terms of ambiance and opening hours, the breakfast sandwich I had was quite satisfying. The flaky biscuit, filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and breakfast sausage, was a warm and comforting start to my day, even if the cafe's schedule didn't quite match my early morning hunger pangs.
