The Chinese food at The China Express in Richardson is hands down the best around town. The staff is incredibly attentive to special requests and always greets you with a smile - you can't go wrong with their delicious and affordable dishes! I'm hooked on their shrimp & broccoli with garlic sauce, and the owner is such a nice guy - he makes sure to cook everything fresh and quick!
