Taking my wife and daughter to Pappasito's Richardson on Saturday turned out to be an unexpectedly wonderful experience after an initially poor start with an inexperienced waiter. Mike, who eventually took over, was incredibly attentive and personable, transforming our meal into one of the best service experiences we've had in a long time, complemented by fresh, flavorful Tex-Mex dishes and a lively atmosphere.
