I used to frequent Cafe Max's old location on Plano Road back in the late '90s. Last Friday, my wife and I decided to revisit the cafe and were pleasantly surprised by the familiar flavors and generous portions. The salads and soups are just as delicious and satisfying as I remember them to be.
