After finally trying the bun bo hue here with egg noodles, I found it to be incredibly flavorful and generous with tender meat, complemented perfectly by the fresh veggies, sauces, and speedy, friendly service, and every other dish I've had from the authentic Vietnamese menu has been just as impressive despite the small, busy dining area.
