I have eaten at Rick's for years now. Their sliced and chopped beef as well as the stuffed baked potatoes are always great. They used to have some of the best ribs around. They are so tough it like chewing rubber. Three of us bought rib plates, tough as rubber. I am disapointed, it seems be be the normal way they do now. They are oviuosly not cooked long enough. If you can't even pull the meet off the bone... somethings wrong! everything is good except the over priced, not cooked properly ribs.
