The huevos con carne guisada here is out of this world, especially with salsa verde. I drive from Rowlett to Pleasant Grove for breakfast on Sundays because the enchiladas and the sour cream chicken are amazing. The service is always welcoming, and the food is fresh, flavorful, and totally worth the trip!
