I have been going to this club for quite some time now. I really enjoy this place, it is full of regulars and everyone seems to be genuine and very friendly. They serve great food and there drinks are pretty good too. I go there for the keroake, i have been to alot of small keroake places and i have to say the sound system here for such a small venue is excellent. Mitch is the keroake king!!! He runs the whole thing with great style. This place rocks!!! in my opinion. It is very local for me and i do not have to drive into dallas for a great night out. There are great singers who are regulars here, they will knock your socks off they sing so well.Of course keroake is not all about how great the singers are, it is about people stepping out of there comfort zone and haveing a great time. So rock on Bandara and you will see me almost every sat night ready to rock the mic. I suggest everyone to give the bandara a try. David

Too address the comment about the smells in the club. While it is true that they did have a problem in the past, that problem was due to a combination of things and has now been fixed with the help from bandaras very own mitch. So not a problem any longer.

I would like to respond to a previous review about Bandera. I am an old timer and have been a member of this club for 15 years. The owner is a great person and the atmosphere is wonderful. It is like any other club, it gets loud and we all get fustrated at times. As for the owners daughter and all other employees, they are good to everyone. I have to take my hat off to them , after all, they are entitled to get pissed or have a cocky attitude, I know I would if I had to deal with a bunch of intoxicated idiiots!!

Owners daughter bartends some PM's and weekends, not very friendly and a bad gossip.
Smell of methane gas coming from the sewer pipes is nausiating, and the carpet by the ladies room smells, well..even worse.
