Last Friday morning, we stopped at the Waffle House in Garland, TX, and were instantly drawn in by the amazing smell from Baker's Ribs next door. The rib plate they offered as Monday's special was phenomenal, and I fell in love with their habanero BBQ sauce, potato salad, brisket, and ribs. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially for a Sunday night so close to closing time, and the quality and quantity of food exceeded my expectations, making it an experience I look forward to repeating.
