Growing up in Miami, Florida, I developed a deep appreciation for authentic Cuban cuisine, particularly from neighborhoods like Hialeah, Flagler, Little Havana, and Kendall. After relocating to central Florida, I've been on a quest to find flavors that rival those from my hometown, and Alex's Cuban pleasantly surprised me with its generous portions and flavorful dishes. The empanadas, marinated pork, and Cuban flan were particularly outstanding, offering a taste of Miami right in the heart of central Florida.
