This visit was horrid. We were taken to a table then waited 10 minutes for a server. Waited another 5 for a glass of water. One trip to the salad bar is fine, but they did not supply plates. Asked for plates and waited. Received plates but salad bar was mostly empty. Another patron told us if you want rolls go over to the corner and get them yourself. An Italian restaurant with serve yourself rolls? Watched several, (8), patrons come in, be seated, wait for a server, give up and leave, Even people who waited were aggravated and asked "how much longer for our food."
Food was average. Price was fair. Could not get another glass of water. Never saw the server after she brought the food. Asked for a shaker of hot pepper. Waited for it as my food cooled.
As we watched the salad plates repeatedly ran out. (5 or 6) times. People just stood and waited for plates. We asked for our check. Finally got it. The server picked it up, processed it, and gave it to another table. We heard the people say, "this is not ours." The server picked it up, looked around, and brought it to us. As we left, a different server asked my wife, "how was it?" My wife said, "terrible." The server said, "tell me about it,"

I would never return nor suggest it to anyone else.
