My daughter and I dined at Lucia on a rainy saturday night because there was no line (outside) - my meal was among the best i've ever had my daughter's meal was nothing that i could not have done at home for far less $ - The service was good, fast, waitress was pleasant, even though she was very busy. The lobster ravioli was excellent, chicken parm was overcooked, very pricey for amount of food, include a salad with meal or at least a side of pasta.

Absolutely the worse experience I've ever had in a restuarant. They charge top dollar and the atmosphere was pleasant. But when we didn't order the Entre they insisted we order for a Saturday night, our waiter, Anthony got rude and ignored us the rest of the night. So did every other waiter and waitress in the place. When my friend went to pepper his pasta, the top came off and all the pepper in the shaker went into the pasta. When we told our waiter about it, he laughed at us. He laughed. He didn't offer him another plate of pasta. It got worse by the minute until we got the manager who finally apologized. It was quite a scene and completely unnecessary to treat us like dogs. Without doubt, it was the worse dining experience of my life. The bill was $130 for 5 people and we were treated like dirt. Anthony needs to find another line of work. The customer is always right.
