I placed an online order, was set to pickup at 9:10. I walked in at 9:13 was not greeted. Crew was busy and obviously being ignored by the manager who was on her phone just walking around, sometimes standing at the screen staring at the ticket time going up but not managing.
I was finally spoken to and told we were waiting for mozzarella sticks. I wait , I see the kid cooking portion my mozzarella sticks but not put them in my bag of sandwiches that's been sitting there this whole time. I ask if I can have my order, already 10 minutes past my pickup time at that point. The cook gets snappy and says it's coming, I said oh okay I thought we were waiting for the mozzarella sticks you just portioned. He says well I didn't know you had 3 large fries so now you're waiting on those. I correct him and tell him it's actually 4. This whole conversation no manager stepped in to help just on her phone. When the fries finally go off the manager who's been touching her hair face and phone goes to portion my fries no gloves no handwash no nothing. I'm disgusted. I tell her I don't want the food after seeing that I want a refund. She says ok go online and do it. I tell her she's a bad manager for letting her crew sink and not helping just being on the phone abd not even knowing how nasty what she did was. Rhonda shouldn't be a manager and I need a refund.
