At first I was trying to be understanding since there was only two servers. I then realized that three tables that arrived after us had gotten their food and was now trying to pay for their order. I asked the hostess about our order and she said they were behind. I then asked the waitress after not seeing her for a long time to only find out that she lost our ticket and the order never made it in. I waited over an hour and 45 minutes to find out they never even cooked the food. I told them I wanted to speak to the manager that I did not feel I should have to pay for my tea and appetizer. Of course he is the one trying to cook in the back and doesn't even come out to apologize or deal with a customer. What a waste of time. Recommend that no one go here.
