The ordering process was confusing with a long wait and unclear pricing until the end, but the sandwiches, especially the Cuban and turkey subs, were tasty and reasonably priced, the atmosphere charming with witty signs and a warm, humorous owner named Berta who clearly puts love into her food, making it a beloved local favorite despite some service quirks and lack of a clear menu.

The ordering process at the sandwich shop was confusing, with a long wait and unclear pricing until the end. While the sandwich was decent, I found it easier to navigate the menu and prices at a Cuban sandwich shop down the street. Despite the charming atmosphere and witty whiteboard sayings, the lack of a clear menu with prices made my experience less enjoyable.
