It is a tradition that we always go to Benedetto's when we are in Florida, this last visit was HORRIBLE, the food was nasty, the services was horrible and to top it all off, they charged my credit card 15 dollars more then what the total was, i left a cash tip. Every time i call i get placed on hold and forgotten about, I will not give up put before you go i strongly recommend stopping to get cash so you can pay the bill up front and not get ripped off.

03/17/2009 - TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, UNCARING
I treated a large group to dinner. The bill was presented and I added a 20% tip and signed the chargeslip. I was given a receipt stapled to an itemized list of the orders. When reviewing it later, I noticed that the waiter had already added an 18% tip before presenting the (unitemized) bill. I called and had to leave a message. I was never called back. I wrote a letter and heard nothing, so started calling again. They promised reimbursement but never acted on it. The manager Angelo does not care about customer satisfaction or that people were cheated.
The mediocre food and poor service did not merit even the 18% tip in the first place, let alone the 38% they stole.
