Celebrating our anniversary at Billy's Stone Crab was an unforgettable experience, highlighted by the fantastic service from Robert and the stunning waterfront view. The food was exceptional, especially the stone crab claws and lobster, making it the perfect romantic getaway-just be sure to make reservations!

Celebrating our anniversary with a delicious meal at Billy's Stone Crab. The service was excellent, and the view by the water was lovely. The fresh seafood, including the Stone Crab Claws, was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect for a romantic evening.

Can't help but say that the service was impeccable, the Alaskan King crab fresh, moist and unmatched while the ambiance was perfectly abuzz with a full house as this is obviously the place of choice among many a local folk.

Seriously, the worst service I have ever received including fast food chains. Went there on 12/28/10 for a nice holiday dinner except we left utterly annoyed with our stomachs growling. Yes, we actually walked out as did another table of 6 who had the same server - Sky. We might have been appeased if there would have been a manager to complain to except he was MIA. However, the bartender (who was not our server) gave us the option to wait 20min while they tried locating the manager by phone. Yeah right, not after the service and the food we received. We basically had to beg for the bread and pray for the wine we ordered. When our prayers were finally answered, the server forgot the wine glasses and even delivered the wrong sides and an entree ordered. Basically, we figured we had a better chance of hell freezing over to get what we ordered. Also never at one point did the server apologize for how bad he sucked. He even tried to blame us for his mistakes. I think we would have remembered if we ordered the garlic cream spinach considering one of the diners with us is allergic. Really professional especially for the price - kidding. You know a place is super classy when the manager is missing in action during one of the busiest times of year. Keep those standards high right? Wouldn't ever recommend unless you have 6 hours to dine and a background in debate rhetoric to make sure you get the correct order.

Ate dinner at Billy's on April 5, 2010. I ordered stone crabs and the waiter came back 15 minutes later to tell me they no longer have them. I then ordered mussels and 6 minutes later, the manager came to tell me they ran out. Finally ordered sauteed frog legs. They did not have much taste at all, I ended up sending them back. The crab legs my sister had were good - but then again, all they had to do was boil or steam them. My uncle had fish my aunt had fried clams both of which were mediocre. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant.
