The Brussels sprouts and other dishes like the lobster and shrimp Bin Salad, olive and pita appetizer, and salmon tacos were all delicious, complemented by attentive and accommodating service from staff including Ethan and Edward. The restaurant inside the Renaissance Hotel features a modern, sleek interior with intimate seating and live piano music, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining, although the menu could benefit from more variety.

I am delighted by the Brussel sprouts and found the service to be excellent at the traditional hotel restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitress was exceptionally kind and accommodating, although I wish there were more menu options available. The manager Ethan's recommendation of the salmon tacos was spot-on, and the overall service was efficient and reasonably priced, making it a definite win. I appreciate Ethan for ensuring our visit was flawless and for providing stellar service, making this meal the highlight of our trip.
