thank you chef tony for all the menu ,all the ideas ,service is sucks in this restaurant like allways.EDRA was the only person who know how to run a service there.

Regardless of whether a chef has left or not, the restaurant is very classy and the atmosphere is quietly quaint. I've been in there quite a few times and have always enjoyed the service as well as the food. Although sometimes the chicken has been dry, everything else has been cooked to the perfect degree. I will be going again very soon with a few friends to have a lunch date. Now that they;ve added take-out, I think my visits may become more frequent. The price range for the food does run a bit high ranging from $7-$15 depending on what you order. In it's entirety though, it's a really enjoyable restaurant.

EDGAR MONES IS ONE OF THE OWNERS BEST FRIEND AND HE KNOW TONY WAS THE PERSON WHO DID ALL THE MENU ,THE CHEF.
MAYBE HE FORGOT HIS AIPRON DIRTY ON THE DISWASHER MACHINE.

I've been to brasanova many times and i dont know who tony is but the food has been always amazing!! Maybe tony was the dishwasher or something but all i know is the the steak and chicken are the best..

ill be coming soon..

100% recommended

P.S. the employees and atmosphere are the best!!

since chef TONY is no more in the restaurant the food is not good no more .
the plates coming differents everytime .we decide to not going again.

Great Restaurant!!!! The people and the food are great. I happen to pass by one day and saw the grand opening sign, walked in and was very surprise by the atmosphere inside. The food is very very good, but is not burgers or sandwiches, is a really nice combination between an american dinner, with a Latin twist. I give it a 2 thumbs up, would definitely recommend to anyone.
