Dirty silverware,rude waiters,horrible food....other than that it was ok.

Filthy....the food was awful and the waiter acted shocked when I caught 3 mistakes on the bill.

Food was so-so,wait staff was awful.Long wait for food to arrive and when it arrived waiter had gotten all the orders wrong. Better off at a fast-food chain.

What an utterly horrible experience! The silverware was dirty and one dish was actually food-encrusted.Waited for service forever.When the food arrived it was cold.The waiter,I think his name was Steve,overcharged us by a large sum. STAY AWAY!

Food was inferior to supermarket frozen food section. The wait staff was totally incompetent. Apparently,cleanliness is not a concern here.

This place is the best. if you think Olive Garden /Carrabbas is good your in for a big surprise. One visit to Buca and you'll never return to Olive Garden /Carrabbas again.,guarenteed. If you like Italian food this Iis the place to dine out .Atmosphere,service and most of all the food is second to none bar none. The rating scale of a 1-10 does not do it justice. It is easily an 11 or 12.
