10/20/2023 - Total screw up
I had to repeat my order twice. It was still wrong when I got to the window some 10 minutes later.
Over charged me for two of the same item. I didn't order fries yet there were some in my order. The nuggets tasted like they were there for a day, not very tender. No taste to onion rings or Mozz sticks. Wrong size as well. Ordered chocolate shake. Tasted like a carmel shake, not chocolate at all.
Will never go back to Port St. John store or maybe never to BK.

Ok. So it is 10:20 at night. But we just ordered 2 burgers that were served
COLD!! Not good. Bad experience

My husband just had a bag of food thrown at him through the window after asking why it took 10 minutes with only one car.

Sunday 8/2/2013:00 Just had the most insulting encounter with the manager of this establishment, she was incredibly rude and demeaning to myself and my grandchildren. Really would suggest to the owner to have this manager go through some serious training on how to communicate respectfully to customers. I had only heard from others that it was a problem at this location, well we got to experience this woman first hand! Now I know why so many locals have said they will never go back!

Horrible experience! Manager was rude, food was cold, fries were stale. Yuk!! Come on BK, you can do better than this!!!
