I want to clearly point out that this was the worst experience I have ever had !! My daughter and I went through the drive through ordered a meal and we were 1st being rushed to order, we ordered to be quick and comply to the "rushing woman" working in the drive through today 07.15.2020 @ 4:30 pm (no worries will get a name!) we get to the window ask the woman if we could use a coupon we had to redeem in store, she at that point was SERIOUSLY rude YELLING and screaming NO NO you need to say it at the drive through YOU cant use it! Here is the kicker: SHE REMOVED HER MASK(yup) TO YELL AT US!! DID YOU PULL YOUR MASK DOWN AND YELL AND SCREAM AT US IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW????!!! Listen I get people are stressed out , BUT how dare you pull a mask off that you NEED to wear at your job, and yell & flip out towards the car in our open window!!!!! why the heck are you yelling over a coupon!!!We got NO food, my daughter had to pull over crying and shaking! I called corp they left a message for the owner /manager, if I do not get a call back I have to take this further , this is out of had and to the other woman standing behind her shaking her head NO as to agree with your flipping out co worker you were just as rude!!!.
