During my recent stay at the Diplomats Resort, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet at the Cafe by the water and trees, featuring a great selection of food including a made-to-order omelette bar, cheese & crackers, fruits, smoked salmon, bread, and the standout honey-coated crispy bacon, all served by the friendly staff with an 18% gratuity included in the bill.
