The food is excellent here. I'am an orange boy from florida and this italian cafe has some pretty good dishes. My favorite dish is chicken spaghetti alla siciliana. The waitress are lovely and kind. great food service, great people. The owners are always on their tips of their toes to serve people. Good attitudes from waitresses and owners. The food is done quick and well presented. I have been coming here for 1 year and 3 months now and this is one of the best italian cafes in South Florida, and take it from me i live in south beach near washington st.

Worst meal I have eaten in a long time. My wife and I had the homemade pizzas which were frozen. I could hear the ding of the microwave from the kitchen (not a good sign). Our "warm: bread was heated in the microwave. I am very disappointed in this restaurant.

Cafe Italia has great home-cooked Italian food. The pasta is fresh and the sauces are made to order. I highly recommend the shrimp siciliana and proscuitto ravioli. We completed our meal with an espresso and homemade tiramisu. Delicious!! I highly recommend this place for awesome food at a reasonable price.
