I had an amazing experience at the California Grill Lounge, where the food, drinks, and service all blew me away, plus the view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the 14th floor was absolutely magical. The bar seating is first-come, first-served, so be ready for a short wait, but it's totally worth it for the incredible atmosphere and tasty dishes like the braised short rib wontons and specialty cocktails.
