I too, am from NY and have lived in FL for 12 years. Never have I found pizza as delicious as Charlie's. The wings are like back home, the chicken parm is to die for...and the service is outstanding. Always pleasant and smiling.
I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Charlie's is a nice place, sometimes the food is good, not always great. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and it wasn't what I expected, especially for what I paid for. I only got lots of mushrooms and onions and not much of any steak.

My Husband and I have been looking for a pizza place for the last 4 years like home, It was at a
house party and they had the best pizza I had
in a long time, we went to Charlies the next day and had more pizza and some zeppolens, wow
its even better fresh. I will recommend to all
my friends, GREAT PIZZA.

I have been looking for a great pizza place
since I moved to Tampa 1990, the pizza is
amazing just like back home in Brooklyn, NY
And there customer service is like visiting
family they are all so nice and greeting me
every time I go there. I highly recommend
Charlies to all my friends and family.

1st time eating from Charlies. Ordered wings and Hawaiian pizza. Pizza was good, not great and the wings were very good. Will order wings again.

I'm giving this place 2 stars....not because of the food (because I've had it and it is good) but because of the service.

I actually just came back from Charlie's as of this writing and am very perplexed. I showed up at 11am (which is when the open) and the door was locked. I peaked in the window and an older man saw me but decided not to open up. Well 5 min go by and I try the door again and still nothing. It wasn't till 11:12 that someone pulled into the driveway and opened the place up. Well I waited by the door till they were ready and then a man pulled a sign from inside and said to me "do you need something?" to which I replied "just some lunch". He then said "can you move out of the way?" to which I replied "um ok I'm not blocking the doorway". He then said "Your standing where I wanna put the sign.. so move." I was kind of taken back by this but still went inside cause I do like the food. Well the lady at the front said "do you need something?" I was pretty frustrated by then but kept my cool and said "listen, I just want some lunch." She then said "we wont have any food for 15 minutes."

Now it seems to me that when a business states that they open at 11 am, then that's when they OPEN THE STORE FOR CUSTOMERS! I am known as a pretty patent person, but for a lunch establishment to open basically 30 minutes late (because the food wouldn't be ready till 11:30) is ridiculous. I really like Charlie's, but not when they treat customers like they are an inconveniencing them.

I'm sorry to say that was my last trip to Charlie's.

WOW its just like back home, The Pizza is the best
in town, so are the wings, phillie steak and have
to end with italian icee. They have a great friendly
staff very down to earth, were always talking about new york and jersey reminds me of home.

THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN.
