Everytime I've come here the service is very poor. Rude employees and mediocre food. I refuse to go back Until they change management and employees. Pure Trash .Oh that's right I forgot it's Tamarac.

WORST customer service ever at the location 7951 W Commercial Blvd Tamarac, FL 33351.
Waitress there named SHANTOL is EXTREMELY rude, CURSES at customers just because she is not in the mood, and gives a dirty look without even eye contacting the customer.
We stepped out of the restaurant immediately.

We ate there today for lunch and my co-worker ordered a hamburger which came out extremely rare. We ask the waiter if all the burgers were cooked rare, he said no they should be medium well. Then he said well we do have a new line cook. I'll tell him. Needless to say we still paid $6.59 for the burger that was barely eaten. When we paid the bill he had the nerve to ask us if we wanted change. Our bill was $14.08 we gave him a $20, did he really expect a $5.92 tip, after we just complained about the food. But then he only brought us back $5.00 shorting us the .92, well he took the tip he wanted. We will probably not go back.

I was impressed with the service. My server was Sean and he was very informative. My first visit to your place. It's clean, great service and I ordered steak and shrimp is was delicious. Your prices are very reasonable. I will return and also reccomend your cafe to family and friends. Fabulous! Thank you.

I love this place. I have ordered several items that are all so good. The Chocolate Cake is a must but you can't eat it alone.

The portions are huge and the price is very affordable.

Some of my friends that I have taken there love the Chicken Pot Pie. There are so many items that pass by to the other tables that look delicious.

Oh try the mile high Onion Rings. I am only wondering if they will open one in Palm Beach County.

I have been to your restaurant several times now and each time the experience is better than the one before. The staff and servers are very pleasant and the food has met our expectations every time.We recently invited a friend (who is a restaurateur) and he was very impressed and said he would definitely go again. Keep up the good work

My son introduced us to Cheddar's less than a year ago, and since then it has become one of our favorites in South Florida. The food is oustanding, the service is top notch, and you can't ask for a more comfortable atmosphere. It's unfortunate that a guest's daughter had a very bad experience, but if it was the fault of the restaurant, it was most definitely an isolated, accidental incident.

Cheddar's is first rate, and I'm looking forward to enjoying my birthday dinner there tonight, compliments of my two son's and their families!

My daughter got so sick from your barbeque ribs yesterday afternoon that we will NEVER come back to your establishment. She is still very sick You people should be ashamed. We know it was your food because she had nothing to eat before we got there yesterday and, of course, she felt sick a few hours after eating there and had NOTHING ELSE to eat that day. It definitely was YOUR food!
You all should be ashamed of yourselves, but of course you won't be. Typical!
