Since 2014, this Haitian restaurant has consistently delivered flavorful and authentic dishes that remind me of a loving grandmother's cooking. The griot, perfectly fried pork shoulder with tender, juicy meat and crispy edges, paired with well-cooked rice and beans and fresh, lightly salted plantains, never fails to satisfy. Although the dining area can get uncomfortably warm and the lines long, the rich, soulful taste of each meal makes every visit worthwhile.

One of the best Haitian restaurants in Miami, serving delicious griot and flavorful rice and peas. The wait may be long, but the food is always worth it for an authentic taste of Haiti.
