If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. I ordered dinner on UberEats from China King at 5:30 on a Sunday with an estimated delivery of 6:30 which was perfectly fine. When 6:30 came around, my order was delivered and I quickly realized that the Seafood Fried Rice I ordered, was instead Seafood Soup. I immediately called the restaurant and a young girl answered the phone. After I told her about my situation, she transferred me to the most unprofessional and quite frankly, dumbest manager (if you want to call him that). I explained my situation again and did not apologize or offer a refund but instead said someone would bring me what I ordered and SWAP it out with the food they delivered. I verified my address 3 different times and he rushed to get off the phone. Now, an hour later, I still don't have my food. I called back to the restaurant, in which, the manager answers and tells me, they are busy. I said okay but would like to know how much longer my food would be. This is when the real kicker happens"¦ he now tells me that they aren't "supposed" to deliver anywhere outside of Bonita Springs and asks if I can come pick up the order. I tell him no and he proceeds to tell me that he can give me a credit at the restaurant, if I want. I am beyond floored. As one who works in the restaurant industry, I am disgusted.

Food is always hot, fresh and tasty. Friendly service whether in house or delivery. We love this little place.

always very fresh .. never disappointed..Great Chinese to go.. they also deliver.. Convenient 2!
