The Yangzhou fried rice I tried was incredibly authentic, and the portion size was so generous that I couldn't even finish it. During peak hours, be prepared for a wait time of around 30 minutes, so it's a good idea to plan ahead if you're getting takeout. I'm already looking forward to returning for more of this delicious dish.
