Our dinner was way overcooked. Chicken fried steak was hard as a rock and my wife had garlic fried shrimp. Hard as a rock. I was disappointed with the food for the first time. Told the server that the food was overcooked and nothing. I'm going to have to find a new restaurant to eat.

This Cody’s needs an update. It’s old and dark and not very clean

Had worse experience here the last time. Waited over an hour for our food then it came out cold. Manager did take some off the bill. This was one if my favorites for the past 12 years living near by. Not sure if they can make a comebak?

The staff was outstanding.
Awesome food. The portion were enough to make lunch for the next day..
Enjoyed myself. Would go back again and again.

Steaks are okay but don't think you will get a blackened steak when you order. What you get is a steak with some seaoning. Don't waste your time. Have a drink with your friends and enjoy the peanuts. When you can smell your fish before it gets to the table you will wish you ate before coming and just have a drink
