This salad spot has been a favorite of mine for years, tucked away in the quieter section of Waterford Lakes Towncenter. Despite not being as popular as other places, it offers quick service and fresh, generously-sized salads at a reasonable price. I especially enjoy the tri combo option which includes a cup of soup, half a salad, and half a sandwich for a satisfying meal.
