I have been a long time customer. Today I went in to order a large three topping pizza. I was told it was 9.99 instead of 7.99 as advertised. Your ad says in person or online. after taking the pizza home , I found it mostly burned. I have order the thin and crispy for years and never had this problem. Since your ad was not honored and the pizza was trash you have lost a long time customer. For three dollars more I could get a steak dinner at Outback. I will not be back to Dominoes ever. The way you change prices and the quality of the product directs to to other venues. As for the employee calling me a liar, I don't think that is appropriate but that is your problem. Perhaps having an adult in the store would help. Thoroughly disgusted.
