It's a food court restaurant inside of Seminole Mall, so the "ambience" is limited. But the food is fantastic and the prices are like something you'd see on a menu five years ago. You can get a filling special for only $3.75.
They have a steam table with the standard fare for quick grab and go, but they'll also make-to-order for you. The chef is very talented. Their menu is online.
It's very handy to the Seminole campus of St. Petersburg College, just a mile or so down the road. If you call ahead they'll have your order ready for you.
There are two Chinese restaurants at Seminole. Eggroll King is the one inside the mall on the food court. The other one may be ok too, but I don't know anything about it. I do know that Eggroll King gives excellent value and I highly recommend it.

Seminole Florida is in PINELLAS county, florida. Next to St. Petersburg and Largo, about 4 miles from the beaches.
