Located under "Johnny Browns" is the new spot that has taken over the former Elwood's location in Delray Beach. I have fond memories of frequenting Elwood's when it transitioned from a garage to a bar, making it a favorite hangout whenever I visited from New York. The atmosphere at Johnny Browns is decent, but it will never quite capture the essence of Elwood's that I remember so fondly.
