Tried a new sub shop recently and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Philly cheesesteak I ordered - the beef was tender, the mustard added a nice kick, and the soft bread was delicious. The service was exceptional, and the restaurant's fireman-themed decor was a nice touch. Plus, it's great to know that a portion of the payments support firemen.
