Was in Firehouse Sub today getting a late lunch , and while waiting for my food a lady named Alex who works there was screaming and using profanity at another young lady named Shelby who was also working there making my food . Alex was being very very rude screaming at the top of her lungs. Shelby handled the situation very well and walked away and continued making my food , but the lady Alex was just very very disrepectful im suprised she still has a job at this point . I will be calling corporate and the manager as soon as i get the chance, because there was other people there too and they all heard it as well . I asked Shelby her name and told her i was making a review and doing the survey as well . I feel bad for Shelby because both the lady alex and another lady with a short hair cut were both screaming at her . So unacceptable but Shelby did make a awesome sub with a smile on her face not letting anything bother her . Shelby made the experience and food very very well , but as for Alex she is disrespectful and yelling and using profanity just standing there not doing anything . I will let the manager and corporate know asap . also review on google was deleted or privacy was turned off so no one can leave a review someone deleted my review and corporate will know !
