I was in Venice to visit a cousin who just lost her husband and we wanted to have a nice lunch, after giving our names which the two hostesses were very unfriendly we were told they were cleaning two tables off and it would be a few minutes which we were fine with that. After at least 20 minutes and no one even coming to seat us and just walking by us we left. Very disappointed because we really wanted to eat there.
