Our food was unsatisfactory. I asked the manager for help (Roscoe) and all I got was attitude. My wife and I are in our seventies and this guy treated us like we were not worth being bothered with. All we wanted was a little cheese for our nachos. We were yelled at, then he took our food away and never brought it back. There was no offer to correct the offer. What restaurant just tells you to take it or leave? What restraint treats senior citizens so poorly? No one came back. After 15 minutes or so we got the message. Roscoe was definitely not management material. We will not be going back to that location. He scared us. I looked at past reviews and it looks like they have had trouble getting a quality manager at this location. I have been going to Flanigans for 50 years so I am definitely a fan of the company. But here at this location they get an F for hospitality if you complain about the food.
