Let me say first, I'm not a new comer. I've eaten there since 2009. Their cuban sandwich and vegetable soup was thick and rich. I couldn't finish the cuban sandwich. Now, they became "cheap and greedy". The sandwich is thin and missing alot of meat. It sucks folks! The soup is in a tiny bowl and not as thick .(they still have the picture of the original bowl on the menu) Finally, the cost $21 for a sandwich and a bowl of soup! That SUCKS! I am spreading the bad news, don't eat at the front porch, and i'm telling everyone I know. these people have the Gaul to charge more for less. It's a total ripoff! They decided to give smaller portions so they can Make more money, that's not the way it works. Plus , they have these little pies that are a ripoff and they suck, they try to sell you.

Average food and service. I had a bad experience on July 28th 2023 between the hours of 1:00/2:00pm. My vehicle was damaged by what appears to be a bucket truck. Employees from the local electric utility was having lunch that day and apparently hit my vehicle. I ask the owner about security camera and he put me off four or five days before he could look at the cameras. I checked with the owner today and the cameras were not working that day. So I have no other choice but to pay my deductible (500 dollars) and repair my vehicle. I just hope the employee exercises more caution on the job as working with electricity is dangerous.
As for me, I will never go back to the Front Porch for lunch, hopefully the locals will continue to support it.

No prices on menu, prices blocked out asked the waitress about
Breakfast prices she said about a dollar and a half over the old prices that backed out. That didn't tell me nothing 1.50 over what? Like buying a car with no sticker price. Went to reds instead

The best restaurant in Dunnellon, Fl The pies are to die for. Dreams are made into eatable pies.

I always order pie 🥧 first, and am never disappointed. They have 13-17 different pies each day and usually 2 cakes. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner 🍴, and it is great!

Great pies, my son and family came down for a visit so we ordered a pie for pickup, I think $35 is a little to much

Excellent pies that are truly homemade & taste like your best memories of the best pies you've eaten before local supermarket bakeries & frozen pies became the norm. So happy The Front Porch is providing this wonderful opportunity for our community to enjoy old-fashioned, delectable pies at a reasonable price.
